Roles

You (the customer) are the controller for personal data in prompts, completions, and your console. LineMod is the processor for that customer content when it transits our gateway or is stored under your retention settings. LineMod is an independent controller for account, billing, and access-request data.

Instructions

We process customer content only to provide the gateway, apply the policies you configure, and meet the agreement. We do not use customer content to train our own foundation models.

Security

We apply access control, encryption in transit, encryption of provider keys at rest, and audit logging. You remain responsible for key handling and the policies you enable.

Sub-processors

Infrastructure hosts, Stripe, email delivery, and model providers you choose (or that fulfill a routed request) may process data. We will provide a current list on request to legal@linemod.ai.

Transfers

Processing may occur in the United States. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer tool.

Assistance and deletion

We will help with data-subject requests that you cannot handle from the console, and delete or return customer content when the service ends, except data we must keep for law or security.
