Who we are

LineMod operates the website, console, and OpenAI-compatible gateway at linemod.ai. Privacy questions: legal@linemod.ai. We do not name a specific legal entity on this page until incorporation details are published here.

Information we collect

We collect account details (name, work email, organization name), access-request details you submit, billing identifiers processed by Stripe, API request metadata (model, route, latency, token counts), security scan outcomes, and audit logs needed to run the gateway. We also store essential cookies described on the Cookies page.

Prompts and completions

We do not keep prompt or completion content unless your organization turns on extended retention in the console. Model providers that fulfill a request you send may process that content under their terms. Security scanning may inspect content in memory to apply your policies.

How we use information

We use data to review access requests, authenticate users, route requests, enforce security policies, create usage and audit records, process payments, and keep the service reliable. Routing and guardrail results can appear in your console and exports, subject to your retention settings.

Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to provide the service you request), legitimate interests (to secure the service, prevent abuse, and review access requests), and consent (only if we later add optional cookies — we do not today). You may object to legitimate-interest processing by emailing legal@linemod.ai.

Sharing and sub-processors

We share data with infrastructure hosts, Stripe (payments), email delivery, and model vendors only as needed to fulfill requests you start. We do not sell personal data. Enterprise contracts may add sub-processor review and residency controls.

International transfers

We host primarily in the United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, your information may be transferred there using appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) when required.

Retention and security

Account data is kept while your organization is active and as required for billing, security, and law. Access requests are kept so we can review and contact you. Audit retention is configurable per organization. Provider keys are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure — rotate keys and set policies that match your risk.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of account data, subject to legal and contractual limits. You can export audit data from the console where your plan allows. Email legal@linemod.ai. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The service is for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Material changes will be announced in the console or by email when we have your address.
